I believe the future of intelligence won't be built by making today's models endlessly larger.
Scaling has carried AI further than many imagined, but it also exposed its limits. Bigger data centers and more parameters are engineering achievements, not necessarily better ideas.
My research interests lie in architectures inspired by biological computation: Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs), Liquid Neural Networks (LNNs), neuromorphic hardware, and quantum computing. Different fields, one direction: bringing intelligence closer to efficient reasoning instead of brute-force computation.
I don't see artificial intelligence as something to fear. Computation is not consciousness, and prediction is not awareness. Until we understand consciousness itself, confusing these ideas only slows progress.
Technology has always expanded what civilization could become. I intend to help shape what comes next. I will continue to compute.
